Step 1
Salt and pepper the fillets and fry until browned in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Then wrap in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 3
For the dressing, chop basil and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4
Place the salad mix, cheese slices, chicken pieces and orange pulp on plates.
