French chicken salad with brie cheese

A light, refreshing salad with French touches - with chicken, Brie cheese and orange-lemon dressing

Ingredients


chicken fillet 200 g
mixed salad 100 g
Brie cheese 100 g
orange 1 pc
vegetable oil 20 ml
roasted walnuts 30 g
salt, black pepper to taste
APPLICATION:
orange 1/2 pc
lemon 1/2 pc
olive oil 30 ml
honey 15 g
fresh basil 10 g
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Salt and pepper the fillets and fry until browned in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Then wrap in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 3

For the dressing, chop basil and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 4

Place the salad mix, cheese slices, chicken pieces and orange pulp on plates.

Step 5

Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts and pour the dressing over it. Enjoy!
