A light, delicately subtle flavor, apple and brie cheese sandwich

| apple juice 150 ml |
| brie cheese 125 g |
| toasted bread 4 slices |
| butter 60 g |
| white balsamic 40 ml |

Step 1
Cut the coreless apples into thin slices, combine in a saucepan with the balsamic, apple juice, salt, spices and cook until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
Step 2
Spread an equal amount of apples on two pieces of toast, top with half of the sliced cheese and cover with toast.
Step 3
Fry the sandwiches in butter, place in a mold, spread the remaining cheese on top and bake at 200 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Bon appetit!
