The combination, at first glance, may be unusual. But, believe me, this salad will certainly surprise you with its presentation, and even more so with its flavor!
| watermelon 2 slices |
| feta 100 g |
| arugula 1 handful |
| capers 1 tbsp. |
| honey 1 tbsp. |
| dijon mustard 1 tsp. |
| balsamic vinegar |
| olive oil |
| salt |
| pepper |
Step 1
Prepare the salad dressing. Mix a small amount of olive oil with honey. Add finely chopped capers and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and mix.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the watermelon. Dice the flesh into cubes. Place in a bowl with the dressing. Dice the feta and add to the watermelon. Stir with a spoon, being careful not to crumble the cheese.
Step 3
Place arugula on a platter. Top the greens with the watermelon and feta.
Step 4
Garnish with capers and season with black pepper before serving.
