Watermelon season continues, and we offer you another idea for a light and refreshing soup drink. And, of course, from watermelon.

Ingredients


watermelon 1 slice
celery stalk 1 pc
green bell pepper 1/2 pc
garlic 1 clove
cranberry juice 30 ml
salt
olive oil

Instructions


Step 1

In the bowl of a blender, add the watermelon pulp, removing all the seeds, and whisk.

Step 2

Pour in the cranberry juice, add the chopped pepper, half a garlic clove and whisk again. Pour into a glass.

Step 3

Finely chop the remaining pepper, celery and garlic. Lightly salt and place on top of the gazpacho. Add a little olive oil.
