watermelon 1 slice |
celery stalk 1 pc |
green bell pepper 1/2 pc |
garlic 1 clove |
cranberry juice 30 ml |
salt |
olive oil |
Step 1
In the bowl of a blender, add the watermelon pulp, removing all the seeds, and whisk.
Step 2
Pour in the cranberry juice, add the chopped pepper, half a garlic clove and whisk again. Pour into a glass.
Step 3
Finely chop the remaining pepper, celery and garlic. Lightly salt and place on top of the gazpacho. Add a little olive oil.
