Green gazpacho

This classic cold Spanish soup is red in color. We swapped all the red ingredients for green ones, leaving the obligatory olive oil, bread and spices. It turned out delicious and green!

Ingredients


canned green tomatoes 3 pcs.
green bell pepper 1 pc
cucumber 1 pc
garlic 1 clove
bread 1 slice
white wine 50 ml
celery leaves and stalk
olive oil
salt
black pepper
ice
water

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the cucumber, chop and place in a blender bowl. Add chopped green tomatoes, celery leaves, garlic, a slice of bread, a few ice cubes and wine.

Step 2

Steam the bell peppers, remove the skins and place them in the blender.

Step 3

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the water and whisk to a homogeneous mass.

Step 4

Pour into a glass, add a little olive oil and garnish with a stalk of celery.
