Original hearty potato roll with ground beef, mozzarella cheese and Béchamel sauce

Béchamel sauce 250 g |

Step 1
Slice potatoes into thin slices, mix with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Step 2
Spread half of the grated hard cheese on the parchment in the shape of a square.
Step 3
Overlap the potatoes on top. Season with pepper, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 180℃.
Step 4
Cut onion and sweet pepper into slices, fry in vegetable oil. Put in the minced meat and fry until it turns gray.
Step 5
Add pelati tomatoes, salt, paprika, pepper, dried garlic and chopped parsley. Stir.
Step 6
Brush the potato crust with béchamel sauce, spread the minced meat and vegetables evenly on top, sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Step 7
Roll up tightly and bake for 15 minutes at 180℃. Then let it cool down a bit. Enjoy.
