Rassolnik with beef

Ingredients


beef broth 1 liter
water 500 ml
pickles 350 g
boiled beef 200 g
pearl groats 100 g
potatoes 2 pcs
sunflower oil 20 g
garlic 3 cloves
onion 1 pc
carrot 1 pc
parsley root 1 pc
allspice 4-5 peas
bay leaf 4 pcs
cucumber brine 200 ml
parsley a few sprigs
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Pour the pearl groats, diced potatoes and cucumbers into the boiling mixture of broth and water.

Step 2

Sauté chopped garlic, onion, carrot and parsley root in vegetable oil. Then add the paste to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3

After a while, add the chopped meat, oregano pepper, bay leaf and brine to the soup. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Step 4

Put chopped herbs into the soup and boil for a few seconds. Bon appetit
