Quiche with vegetables, mushrooms and cheese

| yellow zucchini (cut into quarters) 0,5 tbsp. |

Step 1
Bake the crust according to the recipe, at the same time in a large frying pan fry the onions, mushrooms and zucchini in butter.
Step 2
Only then add the spinach and chopped garlic and fry for a little longer.
Step 3
Put the vegetables in the mold and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Mix the cream, eggs, salt, rosemary and pepper in a bowl and pour it over the vegetables.
Step 5
Put the quiche in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
