Quiche is a dish of French cuisine, which is an open pie. In fact, it is a layer cake, the basis of which is chopped dough, filling from a mixture of milk or cream and cottage cheese.

Ingredients


Puff pastry 40 g
Fresh spinach 10 g
Onion 1 pc
Sun-dried tomatoes 15 g
For the filling for 1 liter:
Egg 5 pcs
Milk 300 g
Cooking cream 600 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Blanch the spinach. Place in cold water with ice. Dry on a paper towel so that there are no water droplets on the leaves.

Step 2

Chop the tomatoes.

Step 3

Chop the onions.

Step 4

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.25 cm. Cut out a circle 1 cm larger in shape.

Step 5

Place the dough in a mold greased with butter.

Step 6

Spread the filling.

Step 7

Pour the filling.

Step 8

Cook in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
