 
We propose to prepare a real Odessa forshmak according to Dasha's recipe, with melted cheese and eggs, served with wine - a glass of white dry Chardonnay!
| herring fillet 2 pcs |

| white bread 1 piece | 
| red onion 1/2 pc | 
| olive oil | 
| black pepper | 
Step 1
Cut a piece of white bread into arbitrary cubes. Peel the onion. Boil the hard-boiled egg, peel and cut into quarters.
Step 2
Put herring fillet, bread, egg, onion and processed cheese through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Mix the resulting forshmak until homogeneous, adding a little olive oil.
Step 4
Serve the forshmak on slices of bread previously dried in the oven with a glass of white dry Odessa Chardonnay wine.
