One of the most popular in the world is Vietnamese Pho Bo soup.

| FOR SERVING (for 2 servings of soup): |
| rice noodles 80 g |
| chili pepper 1 pc |
| mint 5 g |
| cilantro 10 g |

Step 1
Cut the onion and ginger in half and bake in a heated dry pan.
Step 2
Then put the spices in the pan and fry for 5 minutes. Afterwards, wrap them in gauze along with the chopped ginger and tie tightly.
Step 3
Fill the ribs with boiling water, bring to a boil and de-season. Add the spice bag, onion, sugar, salt and simmer the broth for 3 hours.
Step 4
Boil the rice noodles until tender, separate the meat from the bones.
Step 5
Place meat pieces, lime wedges, chopped chili peppers and green onions, mint leaves, cilantro and rice noodles in plates. Fill with broth and serve. Enjoy.
