| cream (20%) 200 ml |
| white dry wine 100 ml |
| cornstarch 10 g |
| water 100 ml |
| butter 30 g |

Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic and saute in the oil. Pour in and evaporate the wine. Add the chopped broccoli.
Step 2
Dilute the starch in water, mix with the broth and pour over the vegetables. Cook the soup for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped spinach, cream, salt, sugar and spices. Bring the soup to a boil, beat with a blender. Enjoy.
