Step 1
For the filling, chop the herbs and grate the cheese. Combine them with cottage cheese and eggs. Salt and mix.
Step 2
Grease pita sheets with melted butter. Place a fourth of the filling on each sheet and roll up tightly into rolls.
Step 3
Grease the sides of the baking dish with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper. Place the pita rolls in the mold in the shape of a snail.
Step 4
For the filling, combine eggs and sour cream. Season with salt. Beat well with a whisk and pour the pita rolls with the mixture.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Bake the banitsa for 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
