 
Halushki from cottage cheese with cherries, honey and cinnamon - a quick and hearty dish
| BATTER: | 
| wheat flour 100 g | 
| cottage cheese 500 g | 
| eggs 2 pcs | 
| butter (melted) 60 g | 
| salt to taste | 
| sugar to taste | 
| FILLING: | 
| cherries 400 g | 
| honey 60 g | 
| butter 20 g | 
| cinnamon to taste | 
Step 1
For the batter, combine the grated cottage cheese with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
On a flour-dusted surface, form sausages 2-3 centimeters in diameter and cut them into 1-centimeter wide pieces at an angle.
Step 3
Put them in salted boiling water and cook after they float for 2-3 minutes. Season with butter.
Step 4
Combine the cherries with honey and cinnamon and serve with the galushki. Bon appetit!
