Step 1
Pour the corn groats into the salted boiling water and cook, stirring for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mash the potatoes, combine with the cornmeal, add the yolks, cornflour, salt, black pepper and knead the dough.
Step 3
On a surface dusted with wheat flour, form sausages 3 cm in diameter and cut into 2 cm wide pieces.
Step 4
Put the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes after they float.
Step 5
Melt the fat from the diced lard. Place half of the lard on a paper towel. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and bring the sauce to a boil.
Step 6
Serve galushki with crackers, cheese and sour cream sauce. Bon appetit!
