Chicken breast baked in a creamy poppy seed sauce under a crispy cracker and cheese crust.

| hard cheese (grated) 80 g |
| cream (30%) 200 ml |
| heavy sour cream 100 g |
| poppy seeds 10 g |
| lemon zest 1 tsp. |
| garlic 1 clove |
| melted butter 40 g |
| vegetable oil 25 ml |

Step 1
Prepare the cream sauce. Chop the garlic and parsley. Mix them with the zest, poppy seeds, sour cream, cream, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and fry in vegetable oil until browned. Place the meat in a mold, season with salt, thyme and pour the cream sauce over it.
Step 3
Crush crackers in a blender and grind them into crumbs with cheese and butter. Sprinkle the resulting mixture over the chicken and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Bon appetit!
