 
Cold appetizer - tender chicken liver pie with vegetables
| chicken liver 600 g | 
| onions 150 g | 
| zucchini 150 g | 
| mushrooms 150 g | 
| sweet pepper 200 g | 
| white wine 100 g | 
| semolina 80 g | 
| fat sour cream 200 g | 
| eggs 4 pcs | 
| butter 40 g | 
| salt | 
| pepper | 
| dried garlic | 
| dried thyme | 
Step 1
Dice the onion, zucchini, bell pepper and mushrooms.
Step 2
Braise in butter for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then season with salt and spices. Add the wine and simmer until the liquid has evaporated.
Step 3
Grind the liver in a meat grinder using a fine mesh sieve.
Step 4
Combine fried vegetables with mushrooms, chopped liver, sour cream, semolina, eggs, salt, pepper and mix well.
Step 5
Cover the bottom of a mold with parchment, pour the liver dough and bake at 180° for 50 minutes.
