Favorite delicacies from the Soviet bakery - tender sausages with cottage cheese

FILLING: |
unsweetened cottage cheese 300 g |
sugar 30 g |
egg yolk 1 pc |
vanilla sugar 10 g |

Step 1
Combine sifted flour with baking powder, salt, sugar, butter, sour cream and egg. Knead the dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2
Combine and mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour and divide the dough into 9-10 pieces. Form each one into a 5 mm thick flatbread and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Step 4
Spread the curd filling on half of each flatbread and cover with the other half. Brush the cakes with the egg yolk.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes at 200℃. Then reduce the temperature to 180℃ and bake for another 15 minutes. Enjoy.
