Airy and crispy turkey filet roll stuffed with spinach
turkey fillet 300 g |
fresh spinach 150 g |
eggs 2 pcs |
breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. |
paprika 1/2 tsp. |

Step 1
Baste 2 slices of fillet weighing 100-120 grams each under the foil. Then trim the edges with a knife.
Step 2
Prepare the stuffing. In the bowl of a blender, combine the remaining turkey meat with spinach, egg, nutmeg, black pepper and salt. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Place the battered meat on food wrap, spread the stuffing on top. Roll up the rolls, wrap tightly in the foil and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 4
Mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika. Separately beat the egg with ground pepper and salt.
Step 5
Remove the rolls from the foil, dip first in the egg, then in the breading. Place in a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
