The English eat more than just oatmeal for breakfast! Scrambled eggs, or in our opinion, scrambled eggs, is another variant of a morning meal in the English manner. This omelet is prepared very quickly - just pour the egg mixture into a frying pan and mix well. Well, and you can serve it with sausages and beans. It will be delicious!

Step 1
Beat the egg with a whisk to a lumpy froth. Add the milk to the mixture, season with white pepper and salt.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt a piece of butter and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 3
Once the eggs start to set, stir them at 7-10 second intervals. Then the omelet will not form a single mass, but will "fall apart" properly.
