Step 1
Beat the egg with a whisk to a lumpy froth. Add the milk to the mixture, season with white pepper and salt.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt a piece of butter and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 3
Once the eggs start to set, stir them at 7-10 second intervals. Then the omelet will not form a single mass, but will "fall apart" properly.
