A homemade holiday dish — beef baked with vegetables.

| red onion 150 g |
| carrots 150 g |
| potatoes 150 g |
| celery root 150 g |
| soy sauce 30 ml |
| water 120 ml |
| olive oil 50 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| oregano |
| dried garlic |
| thyme |
Step 1
Season the meat with salt, oregano, black pepper, thyme and dried garlic. Fry in vegetable oil on all sides until crisp and then place in a baking dish.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into half rings, the onion and potatoes into wedges and the celery root into coarse cubes.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the meat, drizzle with vegetable oil, season with dried garlic, thyme, salt and black pepper.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce and water, cover the mold tightly with foil and bake the beef with vegetables at 170 degrees for an hour and a half.
Step 5
Then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Bon appetit.
