Step 1
Cut meat into large pieces, season with black pepper, coat in flour and fry until browned in vegetable oil.

Then add chopped onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes.

Put tomato paste, fry a little and add diced vegetables - carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, bay leaf, water, salt and pepper. Stew for 30 minutes.
