Spicy and hearty beef azu

Ingredients


beef flesh 0.5 kg
peeled potatoes 600 g
tomato 250 g
pickle 150 g
carrot 120 g
onion 120 g
garlic 2 cloves
tomato paste 30 g
melted butter 30 g
wheat flour 30 g
vegetable oil 40 ml
water 300 ml
bay leaf 3 pcs
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut meat into large pieces, season with black pepper, coat in flour and fry until browned in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Then add chopped onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Put tomato paste, fry a little and add diced vegetables - carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, bay leaf, water, salt and pepper. Stew for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Cut potatoes into slices, fry until browned in melted butter and mix with meat. Stew for 5-7 minutes. Bon appetit.
