Flavorful Armenian boraks with ground beef

Step 1
Fry the chopped garlic and onion in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat, salt and spices, fry until the moisture evaporates. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, mix with chopped herbs and let cool.
Step 2
Dust the table with flour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm. Cut into squares with sides of 8-10 centimeters.
Step 3
Put the filling on each square, moisten the edge of the dough with water and form the boraki - the bottom should be "sealed" and the filling should not reach the top by 1 cm.
Step 4
Place the boraki vertically in the pan. Mix the broth with a tablespoon of vegetable oil, bring to a boil and fill the boraki 3/4 full. Then simmer under a lid for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Fry the boraki in butter until browned. Bon appetit.
