Today we propose to prepare an almost dietary dish — chicken soufflé with sour cream and cheese!
| chicken fillet 250 g |
| sour cream 3 tbsp. |
| boiled carrots 1/3 pc |
| grated cheese 30 g |
| semolina 1 tbsp. |
| egg 1 pc |
| mushrooms 2 pcs |
| butter |
| flour |
| salt |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Prepare soufflé molds in advance: grease with butter, sprinkle with flour and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Put the chicken fillets through a meat grinder. Add egg yolk, grated cheese, carrots and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix.
Step 3
Separately beat the egg white into a lush foam. Gently stir it into the main soufflé mixture.
Step 4
Place the soufflé into the cooled molds. Slice the mushrooms and place them on top of the soufflé. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 170 C.
