Zebra cake

Ingredients


BUTTER:
wheat flour 200 g
eggs 3 pcs
low-fat sour cream 200 g
softened butter 50 g
sugar 270 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
cocoa 3 tbsp.
baking soda 0.5 tsp.
salt pinch
roasted hazelnuts 90 g
GLAZURE:
dark chocolate (72%) 80 g
white chocolate 80 g

Instructions


Step 1

Combine sugar and eggs and beat with a mixer until white. Add sour cream and butter and mix.

Step 2

Separately mix sifted flour, salt, vanilla sugar and baking soda.

Step 3

Combine both mixtures and beat with mixer.

Step 4

Divide the dough in half. Add cocoa to one half and mix with mixer.

Step 5

Line a mold with parchment. Alternately pour the white and brown batter into the center of the mold. Then, using a skewer, make a pattern on the surface.

Step 6

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 7

Prepare the glaze. Melt black and white chocolate on a water bath. Pour the glaze over the cake and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
