Step 1
Shred the turkey in a blender.
Step 2
Dice the chicken fillet, chop the parsley and almond nuts and combine with the turkey.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, dried garlic, soy sauce, bread crumbs, egg and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Wrap the stuffing in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 5
Roll out the dough, brush the edges with egg yolk and wrap the mince in it. Brush the surface of the roll with egg yolk, sprinkle with thyme, poppy seeds and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Then make incisions with a sharp knife and bake the roll at 210 degrees for 25 minutes.

Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
