Original mashed potato casserole with blood sausage and apple

Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender and mash them. Melt 50 grams of butter in warm milk and mix with the potatoes. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Sauté the chopped onion in vegetable oil. Crush the blood sausage with a fork, add to the onions and fry lightly. Then add the grated apple, salt, pepper, thyme and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Add the chopped herbs and stir.
Step 3
Place the stuffing evenly on the bottom of the mold, then the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread pieces of the remaining butter over the surface. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Serve the casserole to the table hot. Enjoy.
