A recipe for an easy-to-make dish served cold. Just what you need in the heat.

Ingredients


beet 2 pcs
boiled Doktorskaya sausage 300 g
kefir 1 liter
eggs 4-5 pcs
cucumbers 3 pcs
green onion to taste
dill to taste
sour cream 3 tbsp.
cold boiled water 1 cup
salt 0,5 tbsp.
vinegar 1 tbsp.

Instructions


Step 1

To make the flavor of cholodnik rich, we put the beets to bake in the oven for about 1 hour at a temperature of 200🌡️, wrapping it in foil.

Step 2

Sausage, eggs, cucumbers cut into cubes. Finely chop the greens, cool the cooked beets and dice them.

Step 3

All ingredients are sent to a pot and pour kefir, add sour cream and a glass of boiled water.

Step 4

Salt to taste and add vinegar for sourness.

Step 5

Kholodnik can be eaten immediately, decorating the portion with egg halves
