Original chocolate and coffee ice cream with balsamic syrup.
| chilled cream (30-35%) 0.5 liters |
| condensed milk 370 g |
| dark chocolate (72%) 200 g |
| instant coffee 20 g |
| balsamic syrup 100 ml |
| BALSAMIC SYRUP: |
| balsamic vinegar 100 ml |
| sugar 150 g |
Step 1
For the syrup, mix vinegar and sugar and simmer at medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Melt chocolate in a water bath, add condensed milk and coffee.
Step 3
Beat the cream with a mixer and combine with the chocolate mixture. Pack the resulting mass tightly and send it to the freezer for 2 hours.
Step 4
Serve ice cream with balsamic syrup. Enjoy.
