Ingredients


chilled cream (30-35%) 0.5 liters
condensed milk 370 g
dark chocolate (72%) 200 g
instant coffee 20 g
balsamic syrup 100 ml
BALSAMIC SYRUP:
balsamic vinegar 100 ml
sugar 150 g

Instructions


Step 1

For the syrup, mix vinegar and sugar and simmer at medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Melt chocolate in a water bath, add condensed milk and coffee.

Step 3

Beat the cream with a mixer and combine with the chocolate mixture. Pack the resulting mass tightly and send it to the freezer for 2 hours.

Step 4

Serve ice cream with balsamic syrup. Enjoy.
