Easy-to-make light Thai apple and cucumber salad with basil dressing and roasted cashews

Ingredients


apples (hard, sweet and sour) 400 g
cucumbers 300 g
roasted cashews 40 g
salt to taste
chili pepper to taste
FOR THE DRESSING:
green basil 20 g
honey 25 g
wine vinegar 20 ml
vegetable oil 60 ml

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the dressing. Grind basil leaves in a mortar and combine with honey, vegetable oil and vinegar. Stir.

Step 2

Dice the peeled apples and cucumbers. Combine with the dressing, salt and mix.

Step 3

Serve with chopped nuts and chili peppers. Enjoy!
