It is difficult to compare Estonian cuisine with French, Italian or Japanese cuisine. But it is so interesting and delicious that it is worth traveling to Estonia at least to try the local dishes. cottage cheese 250 g |
sugar 100 g |
sour cream 50 ml |
flour 1 tbsp. |
vanilla 1/2 pod |
Step 1
Prepare the crumb mixture of flour, butter, sugar and cocoa by rubbing everything together with your hands.
Step 2
For the filling, beat the eggs with the sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and flour, adding the vanilla seeds.
Step 3
Place some of the crumbs in individual molds, tamping it with your hands. Fill with the filling and top with the crumbs again.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 C.
