Ingredients


flour 200 g
butter (soft) 125 g
sugar 75 g
cocoa 2-3 tbsp.
FILLING:
eggs 2 pcs
cottage cheese 250 g
sugar 100 g
sour cream 50 ml
flour 1 tbsp.
vanilla 1/2 pod

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the crumb mixture of flour, butter, sugar and cocoa by rubbing everything together with your hands.

Step 2

For the filling, beat the eggs with the sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and flour, adding the vanilla seeds.

Step 3

Place some of the crumbs in individual molds, tamping it with your hands. Fill with the filling and top with the crumbs again.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 C.
