Soft and airy donuts with velvety cheese sauce and crispy salami

kefir 60 ml |
grated hard cheese 50 g |
sliced salami 100 g |
vegetable oil 20 ml |
baking soda 1/2 tsp. |
leavening agent 1/2 tsp. |

SOUCE: |
grated cheddar cheese 50 g |
milk 160 ml |
flour 20 g |
butter 40 g |
salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake at 175 degrees for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the chopped salami in butter, then blot with paper towel.
Step 3
In the same oil, fry the flour until golden, add the milk, cheese, salt, black pepper and stir until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 4
Dip the finished donuts in the cheese sauce, sprinkle with salami chips and green onions. Enjoy.
