Today Dasha proposes to prepare an easy but unusual dish of quick salmon meatballs! And she will serve them with Lebanese fresh tabbouleh salad.
SALMON MEATBALLS: |
fresh salmon fillet 200 g |
couscous 2 tbsp. |
quail egg 1 pc |
marjoram 1-2 sprigs |
salt to taste |
white pepper to taste |
TABOOLE SALAD: |
fresh cucumber 1 pc |
cherry tomatoes 5 pcs |
sea asparagus 100 g |
couscous 4 tbsp. |
lemon juice |
olive oil |
Step 1
Prepare the salmon fillet mince. Add the quail egg, couscous, finely chopped marjoram and season with salt and white pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Using two tablespoons, form the dumplings and boil in boiling water until tender.
Step 3
For the salad, peel the cucumber. Remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and asparagus.
Step 4
Add the pre-steamed couscous to the salad. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 5
Serve the tabbouleh salad with salmon fish meatballs.
