A very tender and incredibly flavorful citrus pie
| wheat flour 250 g |
| leavening agent 10 g |
| lemon juice 80 ml |
| orange juice 80 ml |
| zest of 1/2 orange |
| zest of 1 lemon |
| eggs 4 pcs |
| sugar 150 g |
| melted butter 125 g |
| cream (10%) 100 ml |
| vanilla sugar 20 g |
| salt a pinch |
Step 1
Sift together the flour and baking powder.
Step 2
Separately combine the vanilla sugar with the sugar and eggs, beat with a mixer to a thick foam.
Step 3
Add the orange and lemon zest, cream, butter, orange and lemon juice and mix with the mixer.
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder and beat well with the mixer.
Step 5
Grease a muffin mold with oil and pour the batter into it. Bake the cake at 160 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
Step 6
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaves. Bon appetit!
