Vitamin bomb - winter salad of dried fruits with cream

Ingredients


dried fruit mixture 300 g
honey 30 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
boiling water 350 ml
lemon juice 15 ml
black tea with bergamot 1 bag
heavy cream 80 ml
walnuts 40 g

Instructions


Step 1

Put the washed dried fruits in a saucepan, pour boiling water, add vanilla sugar, honey, stir and bring to a boil. Then reduce the temperature and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Step 2

Then remove the saucepan from the stove, put a tea bag and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 3

After the time, remove the tea bag, add the lemon juice and stir.

Step 4

Put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with whipped cream, sprinkled with walnuts. Enjoy!
