Beef Big Balls with roasted vegetables, melting cheese and crispy bacon

Step 1
Prepare the filling. Cut sweet pepper and onion into slices, chop garlic and mushrooms. Fry onions and peppers in vegetable oil, add butter, mushrooms, garlic and fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir and let the filling cool.
Step 2
Mix the stuffing with salt, black pepper and grill seasoning. Grease the outside and bottom of the bottle with vegetable oil. Divide the mince into 4 portions, form balls, press each one into the bottle and lift the mince slightly over it. Then wrap the mince around the bacon and take out the bottle.
Step 3
In the formed cavities put the stuffing, pieces of cheese and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy.
