Incredibly tender egg tart with chicken, cauliflower and soft brie cheese

Ingredients


eggs 10 pcs
cauliflower 400 g
zest of 1 lemon
brie cheese 250 g
boiled chicken meat 200 g
green onion 20 g
parsley 10 g
butter 30 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried garlic

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water with the zest until al dente, then discard in a colander.

Step 2

Combine the eggs with the salt and spices and mix.

Step 3

Chop the herbs and meat.

Step 4

Grease a hot pan with oil, pour some of the egg mixture on it, and mix the rest with meat, herbs and cabbage.

Step 5

Place a head of cheese in the center of the pan and fill with the egg and meat mixture.

Step 6

When the edges will seize, send the pie to an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
