Incredibly tender egg tart with chicken, cauliflower and soft brie cheese

cauliflower 400 g |
zest of 1 lemon |
brie cheese 250 g |
boiled chicken meat 200 g |
green onion 20 g |
parsley 10 g |

Step 1
Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water with the zest until al dente, then discard in a colander.
Step 2
Combine the eggs with the salt and spices and mix.
Step 3
Chop the herbs and meat.
Step 4
Grease a hot pan with oil, pour some of the egg mixture on it, and mix the rest with meat, herbs and cabbage.
Step 5
Place a head of cheese in the center of the pan and fill with the egg and meat mixture.
Step 6
