Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms, onion and garlic and fry with the rice until golden.
Step 2
For the sauce: pour the white wine into a saucepan, mix with the grated cheese and stir. Pour in the cream.
Step 3
Add the pre-cooked rice, a little water and Rollton seasoning, mix well. The structure of the risotto should be "floating". Bon appetit!
