White fish fillet baked with crab sticks and cream cheese.

| celery stalk 50 g |
| dill 10 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| breadcrumbs 60 g |
| olive oil 15 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Combine the chopped crab sticks, ground celery stalk, chopped dill and onion. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix.
Step 2
Flatten the fish fillet, salt, pepper and stuff it with the crab mixture. Wrap the fillet so that the filling is not visible and tie the edges with toothpicks.
Step 3
Brush with oil, roll in breadcrumbs, place in an oiled mold and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
