mozzarella cheese 50 g |
eggs 6 pcs |
milk 300 ml |
all-purpose seasoning |
Step 1
Mix eggs and milk, add seasoning.
Step 2
Whisk the mixture until lightly foamy.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes.
Step 4
Heat a baking dish and grease with butter.
Step 5
Place the tomatoes on the bottom of the mold and fill with the egg base.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes at 200 °C.
Step 7
5 minutes before cooking, add the mozzarella and basil.
