 
Delicious and hearty breakfast for kids and adults! Cook meatballs with cherry tomatoes and sour cream sauce!

Step 1
Prepare the mince for the meatballs by mincing the beef and onion through a meat grinder. Add grated garlic, egg and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Roll out small meatballs with wet hands, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and rosemary.
Step 3
Add the cherry tomatoes and a few tablespoons of sour cream to the meatballs and heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with fresh basil and bread.
