Step 1
Add the olive oil, yeast, salt and water to the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and put it in an oven heated to 30 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the marinara sauce. Chop the garlic, leeks and onions and fry in olive oil. Add the wine and steam for 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes in their own juice and chopped fresh tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, stir and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
