Original baked potatoes with minced beef and vegetables under a delicate coat of mashed potatoes

| yolks 2 pcs |
| butter 20 g |

| ground beef 300 g |
| onion 80 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| freshly frozen peas 120 g |
| wheat flour 20 g |
| water 350 ml |
| vegetable oil 25 ml |
| TO TASTE: |

| paprika |

Step 1
For the filling, fry the minced meat in vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and garlic, flour, salt and spices. Pour in water and stew for 8 minutes. Add the peas and stir.
Step 2
Cut the tops off the potatoes horizontally and remove the flesh. Add the cream, yolks, butter, salt and beat with a blender.
Step 3
Put the potato wedges on a parchment-lined baking tray, salt and fill with the filling.
Step 4
Put the mashed potatoes into a pastry bag fitted with a nozzle and squeeze over the filling.
Step 5
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
