Filled with bright flavor and aroma, chocolate tart with caramelized orange, spicy chili and sea salt

FILLING: |
dark chocolate (70%) 200 g |
cream (30%) 300 ml |
softened butter 90 g |
orange jam 200 g |
orange 1 pc |
orange zest 2 tsp. |
honey 1 tbsp. |
sugar 1 tbsp. |
coarse sea salt pinch |
ground chili pepper a pinch |
Step 1
Sift in the flour and cocoa. Add the yolks, oil and powdered sugar. Knead the dough, wrap it in clingfilm and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Then spread the dough on the bottom and sides of the mold, prick it with a fork and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine the cream, honey, chili pepper, zest and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Then add the butter and mix well.
Step 4
Grease the tart with jam, fill with the chocolate mixture and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow the tart to cool completely, then place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 5
Slice the orange into thin slices, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a torch. Decorate the tart and serve. Enjoy!
