| Potatoes 2-3 pcs |
| Heavy cream 250 ml |
| Garlic 2-3 cloves |
| Cheese 50 g |
| Thinly sliced bacon 3-4 strips |
| Nutmeg |
| Thyme 1-2 sprigs |
| Butter |
| Salt |
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin circles.
Step 2
In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped garlic and add the bacon. Pour in the cream, season with ground nutmeg and add 1-2 sprigs of thyme. Warm the cream for a few minutes.
Step 3
Grease small baking molds with butter and fan out the potatoes. Fill with cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 175 C. Decorate the finished dish with fried bacon.
