Delicious Western Ukrainian banosh with brynza and crackers
medium cornmeal 60 g |
homemade fat sour cream 350 g |
water 250 ml |
fresh sirloin 200 g |
bryndza 120 g |
vegetable oil 15 ml |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Mix sour cream and water, salt and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Then pour in the cornflour and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring rhythmically.
Step 3
Fry the diced livers in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve banosh with crackers and pieces of bryndza. Enjoy.
