Step 1
Chop onion and meat, season with salt and spices.
Step 2
Dust the table with flour, cut the dough into 7-8 pieces and roll out into tortillas, 20 centimeters in diameter.
Step 3
Place minced meat on each flatbread, fold the dough into a triangle and seal the edges.
Step 4
Grease the samsa with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy.
