Appetizer of cottage cheese with capelin caviar

Original appetizer of tender cottage cheese with capelin caviar and crispy black bread toasts

Ingredients


fat-free cottage cheese 200 g
boiled eggs 2 pcs
capelin caviar 80 g
thick yogurt (unflavored) 2-3 tbsp.
green olives (seedless) 5 pcs.
black bread 4 slices
garlic 1 clove
butter 50 g
olive oil 30 ml
TO TASTE:
dill
salt
ground black pepper
paprika

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the cottage cheese mixture with two spoons of yogurt and beat with a blender to a lush consistency (if the mixture is very thick, add more yogurt).

Step 2

Add diced egg whites and olives, capelin roe, chopped dill, pepper, paprika, salt and mix.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with grated egg yolk.

Step 4

Fry the toasts in butter and rub with garlic.

Step 5

Serve the appetizer with the toast. Enjoy!
