Quick recipe for Bird's milk jelly dessert made from milk, gelatin and cocoa

Ingredients


milk 1 liter
gelatin 2 tbsp.
cocoa 3 tbsp.
sugar 6 tbsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Divide the milk into two parts and pour into two pans. In each of them add 1 tbsp. gelatin, 3 tbsp. sugar. And in one of them add cocoa. Stir thoroughly.

Step 2

Put on a small fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Gelatin should dissolve completely.

Step 3

Stirring, cool. Pour the first layer into the molds, put for 15 minutes in the freezer. Wait until the layer hardens, then pour the second layer and so on.

Step 4

Bird's milk jelly is ready!
