 
For connoisseurs of refinement and lightness in taste — pizza with seafood, avocado and cream sauce
| turmeric pizza dough 300 g | 
| cream sauce 120 g | 
| avocado (soft) 1 pc | 
| sea cocktail 220 g | 
| mozzarella cheese 150 g | 
| parsley 10 g | 
| basil 10 g | 
| TESTO: | 
| wheat flour 175 g | 
| dry yeast 7 g | 
| olive oil 20 ml | 
| water 125 ml | 
| turmeric 1 tsp. | 
| salt pinch | 
| CREAM SAUCE: | 
| cream (20%) 130 ml | 
| water 10 ml | 
| cornstarch 5 g | 
| salt to taste | 
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine the sifted flour with the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. Cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the cream sauce. Dissolve the starch in the water and add to the boiling cream, salt and stir with a whisk until thickened.
Step 3
Strain the sea cocktail, chop the herbs, slice the avocado flesh.
Step 4
Dust the table with flour, lightly knead and stretch the dough. Brush with sauce, top with seafood, avocado, sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Serve the pizza hot. Enjoy.
